The Ministry of Social Policy reported on the implementation of the prosthetics program for Ukrainians.
According to the information from the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, during January-February 2025, as part of the state prosthetics program, 18.6 thousand Ukrainians received over 58.5 thousand rehabilitation aids (RA).
More than 650 million hryvnias were allocated from the state budget for this, the Ministry of Social Policy reported.
Largest quantities of rehabilitation aids issued
The Dnipropetrovsk region received 4,889 rehabilitation aids for 1,480 individuals;
The Zhytomyr region received 4,782 rehabilitation aids for 1,579 individuals;
The Lviv region received 4,340 rehabilitation aids for 1,384 individuals;
The Kharkiv region received 4,090 rehabilitation aids for 1,244 individuals;
The Ternopil region received 4,058 rehabilitation aids for 1,134 individuals.

mobility aids (wheelchairs);
footwear;
breast prostheses;
furniture, sticks, walkers;
prosthetic and orthopedic products.
