Today, August 4, numerous traffic jams are forming on the Odessa-Reni highway due to increased traffic to the border crossing to Moldova. Travelers heading to Romania will also have to wait in line.
There are currently several traffic jams on the way to the 'Palanca - Mayaki - Udobne' crossing point, the largest of which is near the village of Mayaki. In the opposite direction - 'Starokozache - Tudora' - there are no queues. At the Reni border crossing, according to mapping services, no major traffic jams are observed.
Near the ferry crossing 'Orlivka - Isakcha', the closest to Romania, a traffic jam has also formed, which is important to consider when planning your route. In other areas, movement is currently complicated only near the village of Saf'yany. Recently, we talked about new requirements for drivers traveling to Moldova, as well as documents that need to be carried with you when traveling to Romania.
As a result of increased traffic, jams are noted on the roads to both countries, complicating travel for drivers. The largest queues have formed at the border crossing to Moldova, while some complications have been established on the route to Romania, but overall the situation is still under control.
