Reserv+ has added two more categories for deferral from mobilization: who will be affected.

Update on the Reserv+ application
The Ministry of Defense press service reported the addition of two new deferrals in the Reserv+ application.
The new deferrals are available for individuals with temporary unfitness based on the results of the Military Medical Commission, as well as for families where one parent is military and has a child under 18 years old.
To apply for a deferral, you need to click the three dots on the main screen of the Reserv+ application, select 'Submit a deferral request', and then choose the appropriate category – a notification with the result will be sent later.
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko emphasized: 'We continue to expand the number of deferrals in Reserv+. Our goal is to ensure that all deferrals provided by law can be processed in the application. And we are gradually moving towards this.'
The security certificate in Reserv+ has been updated, making the application's operation even more secure and reliable. To do this, you need to update the application to the latest version.
According to Chernogorenko, the final stage is the appearance of two new services in Reserv+. The first is the display of data on disability, specifically groups. The second is the display of reasons for violating military registration rules.
It is important to note that users will now receive more detailed notifications about violations that became possible due to the lack of data updates or failure to appear for a summons.
We remind you how the rules for conscripts changed in 2025 and what violations may incur fines.
