A scheme to evade mobilization was uncovered in Donetsk region: judges organized fictitious decisions.
In one of the courts of Donetsk region, a scheme to evade mobilization was discovered. The acting head of the court, his assistant, the deputy head of the apparatus and the secretary helped men of conscription age avoid the draft and emigrate abroad for money.
Details of the case: according to the investigation, the participants organized the adoption of fictitious decisions for three thousand dollars and deprived mothers of parental rights in order to recognize military conscripts as the only guardians of their underage children. Decisions were made without real claims, payment of court fees, and participation of the child care service. The deputy head of the court apparatus registered non-existent cases and certified fake decisions with a seal. The acting head of the court issued decisions, while the secretary was responsible for preparing fictitious documents and court summons.

They face up to nine years in prison.
