Staff recruitment units will be created in military units – General Staff.
Staff recruitment units will be created in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made this decision in order to improve the organization and support of the volunteer recruitment process. Changes to the government regulation will allow commanders to recruit volunteers directly to military units, without the need to contact territorial recruitment and social support centers. Previously, such centers already operated in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and continue to actively develop.
According to reports, Ukraine needs to mobilize 160,000 individuals due to a shortage of qualified personnel. For this purpose, the 'Reserv+' recruitment service, in partnership with Lobby X, offers Ukrainians the largest list of open positions in the Defense Forces - over 4,000. In addition, the 'Diia' app allows everyone interested to join the Army of Drones, where anyone can choose the unit they wish to serve in.
