A man in Vinnytsia was walking through the city carrying an artillery shell, attracting the attention of passersby. Video of this unusual incident is being shared by local Telegram channels, reports 'Gavkom'.

In the footage, the man can be seen leisurely walking down the sidewalk holding the shell.
