According to Novyny.live: The State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Odesa City Council has uncovered a significant violation at a construction site near Langeron Beach. Inspectors found that the building exceeds its approved design by three full floors. The developer now faces a mandate to rectify this breach, with the unauthorized floors subject to potential demolition if compliance is not met.
The project, which has drawn concern from local residents and activists, came under scrutiny after the developer, LLC 'SPS-RIELT', altered the technical and economic specifications of the structure. The general contractor is LLC 'YUZHNAYA ZHEMCHUZHINA'. The control department issued a formal order to correct the violations, explicitly stating that the developer had no legal right to increase the building's height without obtaining the necessary approvals.
'The developer changed the technical and economic indicators of the object and increased the number of floors by three compared to the approved project,' stated representatives of the department.
This violation threatens not only the architectural integrity of the coastal area but also the safety of future residents and visitors. Langeron is a historic seaside area in Odesa, making such unauthorized developments particularly sensitive. Should the developer fail to comply, the authorities are prepared to enforce the removal of the illegally constructed levels.
