Deadly Attack on Home in Sumy Oblast
According to Novyny.live: In the early hours of June 22, a Russian drone struck a residential building in the Znob-Novhorodske community of Sumy Oblast. The assault claimed three lives:
- A 36-year-old man
- His 13-year-old son
- A 73-year-old woman
Additionally, three people were wounded:
- A 10-year-old boy
- A 31-year-old woman
- Her 13-year-old daughter
Aftermath of the Attack
The 13-year-old girl injured in the strike is in critical condition and remains in intensive care. According to the head of the regional military administration, medical staff are doing everything possible to save her. Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have carried out artillery and drone attacks across Sumy Oblast, wounding 14 local residents in total.
This incident is part of the ongoing military conflict in eastern Ukraine, which continues to cause heavy civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure.
