Deadly Attack Hits Zaporizhzhia
According to Espreso.tv: A recent hostile strike on Zaporizhzhia has left one person dead and seven others wounded, while also damaging nine residential buildings. The attack occurred on the night of June 16, shortly after 11:00 PM, when Russian forces targeted the city, affecting both residential and non-residential structures. Among the damaged sites is the Zaporizhzhia National University, along with a three-story apartment building where a fire broke out, covering an area of 800 square meters.
According to reports, the nine damaged residential buildings include:
- 5 multi-apartment buildings;
- 4 private houses.
Ivan Fedorov commented on the situation, stating: 'The blast wave shattered windows and damaged rooftops.'
Strikes in Mykolaiv Region
Meanwhile, in the Mykolaiv region, Russian forces launched attacks on the Kutsurub community. In the village of Dniprovske, a private home was damaged, while in the village of Parutyne, a power line was hit. Vitaliy Kim reported no casualties from these strikes. Additionally, the enemy used a drone to attack the Halytsynove community, and the Ochakiv community was targeted seven times with FPV drones.
