Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed the planned discussions, underscoring their critical importance. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha further stated that Zelenskyy is prepared to engage in direct negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
