According to Novyny.live: Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov, has summarized the outcomes of the trilateral talks held in Abu Dhabi on February 4 and 5. The primary goal of these negotiations was to reach agreements aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.

Delegations from the United States, Ukraine, and Russia participated in the discussions. One of the key agreements concerned a prisoner exchange. The parties agreed to exchange 157 prisoners of war each, marking the first such swap in the last five months. Rustem Umerov noted that the discussions were constructive in nature.
