According to Novyny.live: Ukraine is preparing to restructure its Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs) and revise the entire mobilization approach. The second phase of this reform could be launched as early as July. Although the first phase was originally scheduled to begin in early June, it only got underway in the middle of the month.

In the Chernivtsi region, a serious incident occurred when TRC staff allegedly assaulted a conscript, leaving him with a fractured femoral neck. A criminal investigation has been opened on suspicion of abuse of authority by the personnel involved. Separately, a court recently ruled that the mobilization of an Azerbaijani citizen was unlawful. These cases highlight the urgent need for reform, which aims to address systemic flaws and restore public trust.
