Ukraine and the Czech Republic have agreed to establish a training center for F-16 fighter pilots. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this after a press conference with Czech President Petr Pavel. According to the agreement, the base will not be opened in Ukraine due to security reasons, but there is a possibility of opening the pilot school abroad. Zelensky noted that the Czech Republic will assist in implementing this project. Petr Pavel stated that in the event of a quicker peace in Ukraine, the Czech Republic will supply ammunition as part of the artillery initiative. In return, Ukraine hopes to receive 1.8 million artillery shells this year. This agreement is an important step in strengthening Ukraine's defense capability and supporting it in the struggle against Russia.
