Scammers are sending SMS on behalf of Ukrposhta: how to avoid data theft.
Ukrainian scammers have decided to make it easier for themselves to access citizens' personal data - now they are trying to present themselves as honest representatives of Ukrposhta, but in fact, they are spreading phishing sites. In this way, they try to obtain confidential information for their malicious purposes.
This new threat has been exposed by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation on Telegram.

Experts emphasize that scammers send messages asking for a delivery address, while adding links to fake websites.
'If you click on the link and enter your personal information - it may fall into the hands of criminals.'
Ukrainians are advised to be cautious and not to click on links in suspicious messages.
How to recognize fraud
To avoid the scam, pay attention to the correctness of the sender's address. The official website of Ukrposhta has the domain ukrposhta.ua, so stay vigilant while checking.
'If you see the name 'Post of Ukraine' in a message from unknown numbers or any additional symbols in the link - this is suspicious.'
Ukrposhta employees confirmed that these SMS have no relation to the company and urge citizens to be careful.
