Ukrainians do not receive the thousand from Zelensky: what are the reasons and what to do.
A Thousand from Zelensky: Explanation and Problems
Starting from December 1, a program of state support for the Ukrainian population began. Everyone has the opportunity to receive 1,000 hryvnias in assistance from the government, but sometimes the funds do not arrive. In such cases, it is necessary to contact the support service of the 'Diya' application. The assistance is provided by Zelensky's team.

Check the accuracy of the data in your application and update the app to the latest version. If necessary, submit your application again. It is also important for your card to be correctly linked to the application.
Some categories of citizens may receive assistance through the bank. This applies to those who refused the identification code for religious reasons, citizens over 65 years old, as well as guardians and legal representatives of minors. For assistance, consult the partner bank.
Note that after submitting the application, the bank will verify your information in the Diya system. If the information already exists or there are discrepancies, you may be denied payment. You will find out about this immediately at the bank.
If your application is approved, a special account will be opened for you, and a National Cashback bank card will be issued. Funds will be transferred to this card, and you will be notified via SMS or the bank's mobile application. If the money has not arrived, contact your bank's customer service.
Also, keep in mind that if you have debts for utility services or alimony payments, law enforcement agencies may seize your account. Funds can only be credited if there is a relevant court decision or decision from another authority.
Problems with Child Payments
Parents applying for assistance for a child may encounter a refusal due to discrepancies in the data between documents. For example, when a mother changed her surname after childbirth. In this case, it is necessary for the father to submit an application for the child's funds.
The received 1,000 hryvnias can be used until 2025.
Additionally, you can familiarize yourself with information about 'National Cashback' at Ukrposhta.
