Responsibility for living in an arrested house
It often happens that a house is arrested, but is it possible to continue living in it? According to lawyer Ivan Topor, an arrest imposed on a house usually restricts the right to dispose of the property, but not the right to use it.
The owner or their family can reside in the house even if it is under arrest in a civil or commercial court. However, if the arrest pertains to an enforcement or criminal proceeding, there may be restrictions on the right to use the house according to the court's decision.
