According to ТСН: Finally, Ukrainian passports have become available in London. Starting from December 30, a long-awaited passport service for Ukrainians will be launched in the capital of Great Britain.
This is the same 'Document' familiar to anyone who has previously obtained an ID or foreign passport in Ukraine. This was announced by the representative in Great Britain of the authorized human rights commission in the Verkhovna Rada, co-owner of the law firm Sterling Law Yuriy Lysenko on Facebook.
What does this mean in practice

The service will operate in test mode, so:
only by prior online appointment;
there will be no queues;
appointment here: london.pasport.org.ua.
Available services:
registration / exchange of ID card;
new or renewed foreign passport (for children and adults);
transition from the old passport (the booklet from 1994) to ID;
ordering delivery of documents issued in other countries.
‘If you were planning to renew your passport, get documents for your child, or just avoid complicated trips – it's time to book a spot. Save the link and share it further: london.pasport.org.ua,’ noted Yuriy Lysenko.
We remind you, the Cabinet has updated the types of documents that prove identity and confirm citizenship.
