Ukrainian rescuers have received heavy-class INSARAG status: what it means.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian rescuers who have successfully passed re-certification have received the status of a heavy-class team according to the INSARAG methodology. This opens up the opportunity for them to participate in rescue operations worldwide, which is a significant achievement for Ukraine's emergency services. The international commission noted the high professionalism and modern equipment of our rescuers.
Support from abroad
Rescuers have received assistance from the State Fire Service of Poland, which has provided them with the necessary equipment. This will strengthen the capabilities of Ukrainian rescuers and contribute to their development. Such partnerships are important for support and cooperation between countries in the field of emergencies.
Receiving international heavy-class team status opens new horizons for Ukrainian rescuers. Together with support from Polish colleagues, this enhances Ukraine's readiness to respond to emergencies both within the country and beyond its borders. Such cooperation becomes an important foundation for strengthening the international image of Ukrainian rescue services.
