«Ukrenergo» Canceled Emergency Power Outages (Updated).

In the evening of September 2, "Ukrenergo" issued an order for emergency power outages. According to the order from Ukrenergo, starting from 20:35, electricity will be turned off exceptionally in several regions outside the schedule, depending on the situation in the power grid. At 23:05, DTEK reported that stabilization outage schedules are being restored in Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions based on Ukrenergo’s directive. Power outages in these regions will be organized from 00:00 to 16:00 in one queue and from 16:00 to 24:00 in two queues. The situation in Ukraine's energy system worsened after the latest enemy shelling, so power outages in the fall-winter period of 2024 will be similar to those that occurred in July. Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine and member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukrenergo" Yurii Boiko stated that after the massive attack on the power system that took place on August 26, it is still too early to talk about the consequences and power outages. However, plans for winter preparation will require adjustments.
