According to The Sun: During the grand award ceremony, the best restaurants in the United Kingdom were announced. AA Awards summarized among dining establishments across the country.

This glamorous event was hosted by Vernon Kay, who highlighted the best dining establishments in the United Kingdom.

“This celebration underscores the passion, creativity, and resilience that define British hospitality. The teams have turned challenges into opportunities, inspiring us with their innovation and dedication,” comments the awards director Simon Nampad.
“Congratulations to all the winners, nominees, and new awardees - your achievements deserve recognition today and set a bright example for the future of our industry.”

Winners in Different Regions

The best dining spots in the United Kingdom were chosen among four establishments from England, Scotland, and Wales.

Among them, Skof - a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manchester owned by Tom Barnes. It offers a wide range of dishes, including confit wings and glazed lobster.

Customers praise its “wonderful” selection of dishes and “incredible” service experience.

Also, Joséphine has been recognized as the best restaurant in London, located on Fulham Road and famous for its cozy French cuisine.

“A very cozy and authentic French bistro, similar to those found in Paris.”

In Scotland, the best in the region became The Little Chartroom, where seasonal dishes and tasting menus are offered to guests.

In Wales, the award was received by Gorse in Cardiff - a modern Welsh restaurant that also has a Michelin star, serving trout tartlet and fried monkfish.

Recognition in Gastronomy

A total of 25 establishments received recognition for their excellent food and service. Many restaurants received new rosettes indicating outstanding cuisine in the British culinary scene. The awards are assigned by experienced AA inspectors on a scale from 1 to 5 rosettes.

Two establishments received the highest award of 5 rosettes: Forest Side in Grasmere and Row on 5 in London.
