Winter Wonderland 2025 Opens in London: What Visitors Can Expect.

Winter Festival Returns to London

According to The Sun: London once again hosts the largest winter event in Great Britain – Winter Wonderland. Several new attractions are planned for 2025, and ticket sales begin today.

New Program and Attractions

This year, visitors can experience the updated Santa Land and the free Santa Grotto, which will be the largest in London. Guests can stroll through the interactive elf workshop and also meet Mrs. Claus.

Afterward, a visit to the world's first street food market designed solely for children – the Jingle Bell Bistro – is offered.

In the new street Luminarie Lane, visitors can enjoy a huge light installation created specifically for this event in Italy. Under the light window, there are traditional handcrafted products as well as a market with cozy stalls and themed bars.

Magical Ice Kingdom

This year, the theme of the magical Ice Kingdom is 'Mystical, Mythical Fantastic World'. Visitors can travel through five kingdoms: Earth, Fire, Air, and Water, made from 500 tons of snow and ice created by sculptors from the UK and Belgium.

The kingdom will be kept at -10°C and is one of the largest ice attractions in Europe. Therefore, don’t forget to wear warm clothing. Surrounded by giant trolls, a five-meter griffin, and numerous photo opportunities, visitors will be greeted by an unforgettable atmosphere.

Festive Activities and Ticket Packages

In the Bavarian village, visitors can enjoy live music, traditional German dishes, and light wine.

This year, a new après-ski village will also open, offering festive drinks, bratwurst, and DJ performances. At the Ice Bar Bar Ice, guests can try various themed cocktails.

Overall, Winter Wonderland 2025 will feature more than 150 attractions and entertainment options. Popular attractions are returning, including the largest outdoor ice rink in Great Britain and the 70-meter-high Ferris wheel.

Tickets are already available, including the Five Peaks Pass, which grants fast access to the five biggest attractions. New ticket packages with discounts, free entry to the event, fast access, and 10% bonus credit are also being offered.

Opening Hours and Prices

Winter Wonderland runs from November 14 to January 1, 2026. Ticket prices vary depending on the time of visit and the chosen package. For example, entry during less busy times is free, while standard entry costs from £5 and peak entry from £7.50.
