In Odesa, Russians destroyed humanitarian cargo for Palestine.
On the night of October 10, the Russian Federation once again launched a missile attack on ports. As a result of these attacks, eight people were killed, and 11 more were injured. In addition, the occupiers destroyed humanitarian cargo intended for Palestine. This was reported by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Vitaliy Koval.
According to Koval, as a result of the shelling, a container ship was damaged, on board of which there were 45 containers with packaged sunflower oil. This cargo was intended for delivery to Palestine on behalf of the UN.
He also noted that despite the war, Ukraine continues to supply products to 400 million people worldwide. Therefore, it needs enhanced protection of its airspace and further support from the international community. According to him, Ukraine's food security today is also the world's food security.
It should be reminded that on October 9, the Russians struck with a ballistic missile on the port infrastructure of the Odesa region. Earlier, on the night of October 7, Russian military forces struck the "Pivdenny" port, damaging a civilian ship Paresa under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
In addition, the Russian occupiers exported Ukrainian grain products from the temporarily occupied Mariupol. This was reported by the Centre of National Resistance. According to this information source, another batch of grain, amounting to 8 thousand tons, was taken out of Mariupol to one of the Russian ports.
At the United for Justice conference, the head of the Department for Combating Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict Conditions, Office of the Prosecutor General Yuriy Bielousov reported that the damages from Russia's appropriation of Ukrainian grain exceed 30 billion hryvnias, but these figures are unofficial.
Earlier it was reported that Russian troops attacked a civilian ship with wheat for Egypt in the Black Sea, departing from Ukrainian territorial waters.
