According to ТСН: The relevance of reviewing the system of reinforcing brigades with personnel has once again become a topic of discussion. This was reported by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa.

“Today the president publicly voiced an important idea that I hear from every brigade on the front line. This is not a new topic; I have known about it since the time I was a brigade commander. It concerns the fair and understandable distribution of reinforcements for combat brigades. Today, with the General Staff, led by Andrii Hnatov, we received the president's instruction at the Staff to prepare specific proposals in this matter,” he noted.

Palisa emphasized that the system should be organized according to uniform standards for all.

“In my opinion, the current level of mobilization allows this to be implemented. And it is not a matter of 'giving someone more.' It is a matter of fairness, trust, and stability for the units that daily hold difficult directions. It is also important to consider not only the number of people but also the quality of training that needs to be provided to all combat brigades,” he added.

During the meeting of the High Command's Staff, proposals and requests from brigades that came during the president's recent trips to the front were also discussed.

“We are also taking into account the requests of the brigades — after my trip to the front-line areas. One of these requests is a fair distribution of personnel between the brigades. The reinforcement of brigades needs to be reviewed,” Zelensky stated.

Discussing these issues is an important step in strengthening Ukraine's defense capability. The effectiveness of the reinforcement system for combat brigades affects not only the morale of the military but also their ability to fulfill assigned tasks in the face of aggression. A systematic approach to this process can significantly improve the situation at the front and ensure stability within the Armed Forces.
