In Ukraine, the prices of oranges and bananas have increased with the onset of spring: how the cost has changed.

Prices for oranges and bananas in Ukraine have risen this spring, as noted on the Minfin portal.
Many people continue to buy fruits to support their immunity during the transitional season. However, they have to pay more due to the increase in prices for popular fruits.
Statistics show that the cost of oranges increased in March 2025 compared to February. Regular oranges now cost an average of 67.65 UAH per kilogram, which is 4.31 UAH more than in February.
The price of Egyptian oranges also rose, averaging 59.90 UAH.
An increase in the price of premium oranges is also noted - from 75.46 UAH in February to 86.80 UAH in March. However, the cost of oranges may vary between different supermarkets, for example, at Auchan a kilogram of premium oranges costs 83.60 UAH, while at Novus it is 89.99 UAH.
Prices for bananas have also increased. In March, the average price for a kilogram of bananas is 76.55 UAH, while in February it was 65.70 UAH.
The price discrepancy for bananas is also noticeable, ranging from 69.99 UAH at Novus to 87.90 UAH at Megamarket.
Previously, prices for peppers and tomatoes have also risen in Ukraine.
