In Ukraine, fines for failing to update military accounting data in TCC will change, but there is a condition.
Ukraine plans to reduce fines for military accounting violations
In Ukraine, the issue of reducing fines for individuals who have not updated their military accounting data is being considered, provided they acknowledge their guilt and pay the fine voluntarily. This was stated by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
If a person applies to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SS) to clarify their military accounting data, the fine will be 8500 UAH, which is half of the minimum fine amount.
If violations are detected by the authorities themselves, the fine will be higher - from 17000 to 25000 UAH.
It is noted that these changes aim to encourage men to update their data through the electronic cabinet of the conscript, military personnel, or reservist. During 2024, more than 6 million citizens did not fulfill the requirement to clarify their data within the established period after the new mobilization law came into effect.
In addition, there were three ways to clarify data: through the Center for Administrative Services (CNAH), through the electronic cabinet of the conscript, military personnel, or reservist, or directly at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
We remind that the Ministry of Defense will restore deferrals in Reserve+ for one of the categories of Ukrainians.
