In Ukraine, prices for bread and sunflower oil have risen in the new year: egg prices have fallen.

Prices for chicken eggs, sunflower oil, and bread have changed in supermarkets after the new year. According to the Minfin portal, some products have become cheaper.
Chicken eggs have noticeably decreased in price compared to December. For example, a box of Kvotchka category C1 eggs can be purchased for 67.25 UAH, which is 11.15 UAH cheaper than the December price. Yasensvit eggs in packaging of 10 pieces have also become cheaper - the average price is 76.90 UAH compared to 78.06 UAH in December.
Prices for sunflower oil have slightly increased. 'Oleyina' refined oil (850 ml) can now be purchased for 67 UAH, which is 1.13 UAH more expensive than the December price. 'Shchedry Dar' oil has also slightly increased in price - the average price is 74.23 UAH compared to 73.46 UAH in December.
Prices for bread have changed. Sliced wheat bread (650 g) now costs an average of 39.99 UAH, which is 2.50 UAH higher than the December price. However, the price for 'Tsar Khlib' bread (600 g) has remained unchanged at 36.57 UAH.
