A Big Mistake: Zelensky Explained What the West Needs to Understand About Russia.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, emphasized that Russia poses a threat that the West needs to understand.

According to Zelensky, Ukraine has long recognized this threat, but the West approaches this issue differently.

'It seems to me that the West does not understand one simple thing. The Nordic countries understand this, Poland, Romania, the Baltics, because we are very close to each other, historically we are neighbors. And the rest... They do not want to acknowledge one truth about the Russians - they will go further. Period,' he said.

Zelensky stressed that this is the biggest mistake of the West. He warned that Russia will not stop at Ukraine but will expand its aggressive actions to other countries around the world.

'I believe that this is the most significant misconception because in this simple statement lies the answer to all questions. Because if you know for sure that the Russians will go further, you know what you need to do to resist and to impose further sanctions. Why not strengthen Ukraine as much as possible, increase production for your armed forces? Why not do that? Why not impose total sanctions on all rockets and components for rockets,' he added.

Zelensky also warned the West that Russian missiles could attack European countries, even if there is no direct aggression from Russia.

'These thousands of Russian missiles will simply reach each of these European countries. The Russians are clear, they will move forward and fire from there. It will be like it is for us today... This is a serious challenge. As soon as everyone can correct this mistake... And this mistake is not fully realizing who Putin is. And when politicians say: 'We understand. He can't, he will never go to Germany, to France.' He will go. It is not necessary to enter any country, it is enough to stand on the border and terrorize with attacks on the energy sector, the internet or provocations every day. It is not necessary to wait for a full-scale invasion, like in Ukraine, you can destroy a country in other ways,' the leader of Ukraine said.
