Revival in spite of attacks: 100 thousand destroyed houses restored in Ukraine.
According to Oleksiy Kuleba, over 100 thousand private and apartment buildings have already been restored in Ukraine, which were damaged as a result of the Russian invasion. According to the Register of Damaged or Destroyed Property, 86 thousand private houses and about 18 thousand apartment buildings have been restored. In addition, this year, damage to over 60 educational institutions, more than 20 port infrastructure facilities, and over 200 railway facilities has been recorded.
Oleksiy Kuleba noted that the Ministry of Development continues the rapid recovery program with the support of partners. For this purpose, 7.4 billion dollars has been allocated for priority restoration, while the overall deficit amounts to more than 10 billion dollars. Kuleba hopes for the support of partners, which was discussed during the conference in Kyiv last week. The main goal of the conference is to find ways to reduce the deficit and increase the needs for recovery in Ukraine.
