Huge traffic jams at the border with Moldova: where the biggest queues are and how to bypass them.
Today, August 7, a very large traffic jam formed on the Odesa-Reni highway heading to one of the border crossing points to Moldova. Traffic jams are also currently reported on the way to Romania near one of the border villages.

Traffic jams to Moldova
Near the checkpoint 'Palanka - Maiaky - Udobne', currently there is a singular but very large traffic jam. Travelers should anticipate waiting for at least an hour. As for 'Starokozatske - Tudora', traffic is currently free there. At the Reni checkpoint, according to the mapping service, no traffic jams are observed.
Traffic jams to Romania
Near the nearest ferry crossing to Romania, the 'Orlivka - Isakcha' checkpoint, no traffic jams are observed at the moment. In the area of the Kofa canal, no delays have been recorded either. However, traffic is complicated near the border village of Broska, so it is better to bypass it.
