Military personnel can change their place of service online: how the new system works.
According to inkorr.com: Now, the guards and military personnel of Ukraine can submit requests to change their place of service through the mobile application 'Army+'. This information was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, on his Telegram channel.
Simplification of Procedures
'The government has simplified the procedure: quickly, transparently, without delays,' he emphasized.
According to Klymenko, the commander must respond to the request within 48 hours. If there is no response, the transfer is automatically agreed upon. After that, the personnel service conducts a verification (up to 7 days), and the order for the transfer will be provided no later than 30 days.
Document Requirements
The request should be submitted in the 'Change of Place of Service' section. It is necessary to attach a copy of the military ID, officer's ID or service ID of the National Guard, as well as a recommendation letter from the unit where the transfer is planned.
Transfers from Combat Units
It is also worth noting that transfers from combat units to the rear are possible only based on the conclusion of the military medical commission (MMC), if the current position does not correspond to the military personnel's health condition.
We remind that martial law and mobilization in Ukraine have been extended for 90 days.
Thus, Ukrainian guards and military personnel now have the opportunity to submit online applications for a change of service place through the 'Army+' application. This will significantly simplify the procedure and allow for avoiding delays in the transfer. To obtain a new place of service, it will be necessary to submit the appropriate documents and receive approval from the commander within 48 hours.
