New Virgin Atlantic flights to Thailand
According to The Sun: Virgin Atlantic will soon start new flights to Thailand, specifically to Phuket, for the first time in its history. From October 18, 2026, the airline will launch routes three times a week.
These will be the only direct flights between London Heathrow Airport and Thailand's largest island.
The flights will operate seasonally in winter.
This new route opens up additional opportunities for tourists and businessmen seeking to visit one of the most popular destinations in Southeast Asia. Direct flights will facilitate travel and make it more comfortable. It also reflects the growing interest in Thailand from tourists in the United Kingdom.
