The war will end in a year: Vitaliy Kim's prediction about diplomatic resolution.
According to inkorr.com: The prediction of the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, concerns the potential end of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which could happen diplomatically within two months to a year. He expressed this opinion during an interview with the publication 'Glavkom'.
Will a ceasefire agreement be signed
Kim noted that any armed conflict necessarily ends with the signing of a document, be it peace or capitulation. He is confident that the war will end through diplomacy, and a corresponding document will be signed.
'In any case, some paper is signed, and so I can be 100% sure that the war will end diplomatically and someone will sign something. Although one can simply stop shooting and sign nothing, everyone wants some document that will outline the terms of the end of the war. Therefore, ending the war diplomatically is quite possible,' said the regional leader.
Kim's forecast on the timeline for the end of the war
Vitaliy Kim also shared his thoughts on the timelines for the end of Russian aggression, believing that it could happen soon.
'My personal forecast is that it will happen within a range of two months to a year,' Kim stated.
Who is Vitaliy Kim
Vitaliy Kim became one of the most prominent figures at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. His charisma and decisiveness inspired Ukrainians in the first months of the war. However, later his presence in national media noticeably decreased.
He now appears less in the media, possibly due to the caution of the President's Office regarding his growing popularity. Currently, Kim has again become prominent at the national level, joining other heads of regional administrations and cities.
In mid-September, the Association of Frontline Cities and Communities was created in Kharkiv, which included more than a hundred communities. Participants hope that their united voice will have a greater impact on central authorities. The association is led by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, while Vitaliy Kim continues to play an important role in this new structure.
It was also recently reported about the launch of a new water supply system in Mykolaiv.
Vitaliy Kim's expressed predictions indicate optimism and hope for a diplomatic resolution of the conflict, which is important for many Ukrainians. The situation remains complex, but the joint efforts of local leaders can significantly influence the processes taking place in the country.
