Vodafone postpones tariff increases for some subscribers.
Mobile operator Vodafone will delay tariff increases
The mobile operator Vodafone will postpone the sharp increase in tariffs, the company itself reported. Earlier, it was announced that prices for tariffs would rise, but these changes have been delayed. This affects the new Joice line and the Turbo tariff, which were set to increase in price by 70-120 hryvnias. Subscribers who are already using these tariffs will continue to receive current services at the old price. New subscribers who connect to Vodafone and make their first call by 20.01.2025 will also receive 3 service packages at the old price.
The company explained that these changes are related to the rapid increase in the cost of electricity, additional expenses, and repairs of equipment damaged due to the war. Tax collections for the company have also increased. In another part of the news, it was mentioned that Kyivstar also plans to raise its tariffs starting from December 20.
