Drivers in Ukraine Avoid Medical Examination Due to Fear of TCC
Ukrainian car owners refuse to undergo medical examination for drug use due to the fear of ending up at the Territorial Center for Recruitment.
According to the report of the Judicial and Legal Newspaper, police and courts have recorded numerous cases where drivers refused medical examination due to fear of ending up at the TCC instead of a hospital.
During court hearings, drivers explained their refusals not by drug use, but by fear of ending up at the military recruitment office instead of a medical facility.
Despite cases where administrative protocols have been drawn up against car owners, they continue to refuse medical examination for these reasons.
This situation indicates a high level of uncertainty among drivers regarding the medical examination procedure and potentially dangerous consequences in case of refusal.
