The Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov reported that Russian troops launched an offensive on the border city. He stated this in his Telegram channel.
'At four in the morning, the enemy launched an offensive on Kharkiv in the Kyiv district of the city,' Terekhov noted.
According to him, a civilian enterprise came under fire.
'The civilian enterprise was shelled. Fortunately, no one was injured. Information about destruction and damage is being verified,' Terekhov reported.
