According to the information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of the morning of November 28, 2024, Russia has suffered significant losses in the war with Ukraine.
Russia's losses in the war as of November 28, 2024
Russia has lost the following:
- personnel - about 736,630 (+1,220) people,
- tanks - 9,450 (+1) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 19,306 (+2) units,
- artillery systems - 20,852 (+22) units,
- MLRS - 1,255 (+0) units,
- air defense means - 1,005 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 19,661 (+45) units,
- cruise missiles - 2,765 (+0) units,
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive and tank trucks - 30,186 (+60) units,
- special equipment - 3,697 (+10) units.
Russian fleet activity on November 28:
- In the Black Sea - 14 enemy ships, of which four are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, totaling up to 22 missiles;
- In the Sea of Azov - no enemy ships;
- In the Mediterranean Sea - no enemy ships.
In the past 24 hours, RF has entered through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - five vessels, of which three continued to move towards the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - seven vessels, of which two moved from the Bosporus Strait.
Currently, the full-scale war in Ukraine is in its 1009th day.
On the night of November 28, Russia carried out a large-scale shelling of Ukraine with Kalibr missiles and X-101 rockets from Tu-95 aircraft. Energy facilities and infrastructure were targeted. As a result, electricity supply was suspended to several areas.
It is also worth noting that Ukrainian defenders continue to advance in the Toretsk area, while Russian forces have advanced in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions, as well as within the main bulge in the Kursk region.
