U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes that Russia is conducting a 'proxy war' in Ukraine and waging war against the West.
Furthermore, Rubio commented on the conflict between Trump and Zelensky, stating that the Russians are ready for negotiations, while the Ukrainian government is not.
'The plan of the Ukrainians, their allies on Capitol Hill and the people you speak to in other countries is to just keep giving them as much as they need, and for as long as it takes. This is not a strategy,' said the Secretary of State.
During an appearance on Fox News, Rubio showed up with ashes on his forehead - a symbol of Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent in the Christian tradition. The same cross was previously drawn on the forehead of Vice President Jay D. Vance.
Let us remind you that Trump has harshly criticized Zelensky and stated that he will not be allocating money anymore.
