Agression and Hatred
Aggression can arise from instability in one's own beliefs. Hatred, in turn, is often a reflection of internal problems. It is important to realize this to avoid new crises in Ukraine. We need to become independent and empowered. We must stop seeing ourselves as defenders of the West. We must learn not to react to everything related to Russia as if it were a red rag. It is crucial to recognize that, like most European nations, the Ukrainian people were formed during the empire, but that does not mean we should revert to it.
The Path to Sovereignty
Ukraine must develop its own path instead of seeking 'imperial imitation'. It is pointless to rewrite history; that indicates weakness. It is important to convince ourselves and the world that our goal is the prosperity of the country, not the destruction of others. True sovereignty lies in Ukraine being an alternative to the 'Russian world', not merely a copy of it. We need to understand that the path to sovereignty is difficult but the only one.
According to inkorr.com: The path to sovereignty for Ukraine requires each citizen and government structure to adopt a responsible and reasonable approach. It is necessary to learn to see ourselves as an independent, strong nation with a unique history, which has its own development path and internal orientation. Persistence, unity, and understanding the importance of sovereignty are the keys to successfully defending territorial integrity and peace in Ukraine.
The important aspects mentioned in this text remind us that it is crucial for Ukraine to move forward on its own developmental path, to define its goals, and to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past. Even mentioning the empire reminds us of the past while urging a focus on the future.Read also
