New story of forced delivery to the TCC in Kyiv: what really happened.
According to ТСН: Another incident occurred in Kyiv involving the harsh detention of a man, causing outrage among witnesses. Eyewitnesses claim that the detained individual was not wanted and had committed no offenses, making the use of force seem unjustified. Meanwhile, law enforcement has its own version of events, explaining the reasons for the forced delivery of the man to the TCC.
The police in Kyiv confirmed that the incident did indeed take place. A video recording of the event, which is being actively circulated online, captured the moment when police attempted to place the man in a service vehicle.
Conflict Situation
The situation quickly escalated into a conflict. The man attempted to passively resist, while female witnesses tried to block the actions of law enforcement. Those present accused the police of excessive use of force and special means, noting that the detained person was not wanted by the TCC. Despite the crowd's attempts to intervene, the man was forcibly placed in the vehicle, which immediately left the scene.
Law Enforcement's Position
The police confirmed that the incident did indeed occur, but denied the baselessness of their actions. According to their information, the man was detained not within a criminal proceeding.
"He was delivered to the TCC for violation of military registration," law enforcement officials in Kyiv said.
It has also been revealed that an administrative protocol has already been drawn up against the detained under Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of military registration rules by draftees, military personnel, and reservists).
This incident is not the first similar case in the capital. Previously, the police used tear gas to detain a man who was wanted by the TCC. At that time, the detained individual, who resisted, was delivered to the military medical commission.
