Capable of destroying ships and airplanes: intelligence presents its own maritime drones.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (GUR MO) has presented a new series of strike maritime drones Magura. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate, as stated by 'Glavcom'.

New modifications of Magura drones:

• The Magura V5 drone, known as the 'killer' of the Russian Black Sea Fleet's ships;
• The multifunctional platform Magura V6P;
• The missile-carrying drone Magura V7, which hit an enemy fighter aircraft for the first time in history;
• The Magura V7 model with a combat machine gun module.

In two years of using these drones, it has been possible to damage 17 Russian maritime and aerial objects, 15 of which were completely destroyed, as reported by GUR.

On May 2, 2025, a special unit of GUR MO, in cooperation with the Security Service and the Armed Forces, destroyed a Russian Su-30 in the Black Sea - the world's first destruction of a fighter aircraft by a maritime drone. At the same time, the Russian military developed a drone that can attack Ukrainian military maritime drones, denying the dominance of the Ukrainian Navy in the Black Sea.
