Alternative routes and transportation
According to Svyrydenko, relevant services are already organizing detour routes so that the region does not remain cut off.

Buses: transportation conditions will be simplified.
Railway: railway transport options are being expanded to compensate for the load on highways.

“There will be no price fluctuations, including increases in fuel costs. We are ensuring stable operation of the banking and payment systems,” emphasized Yulia Svyrydenko.
Particular attention is being paid to ensure that businesses can operate continuously.
Who is in charge of the process
The coordination of all actions regarding the elimination of the consequences of the attack and the normalization of life in the region is carried out by the Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba. The government is also coordinating its actions with international partners.
