Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed outrage that the Kremlin is making no concessions and is trying to prolong the war. He noted that Ukraine bears great responsibility and has supported all initiatives for a ceasefire without conditions, but Russia continuously seeks ways to evade negotiations. Zelensky also emphasized that every step towards peace depends on the Russian side, but Ukraine unconditionally supports all possible formats of meetings to end the war. The Ukrainian leader also held a meeting with the U.S. president's special representative, discussing the impact on the Russians and bringing them to real negotiations.
