The announcement came following a telephone conversation with newly appointed British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The president specifically outlined his ambition to construct a large-scale factory in Britain that would leverage cutting-edge technologies and then share these innovations with allies. He stated:

“I want to build a large factory in the UK based on new technologies and share them with our partners.”

“The technologies that Ukraine and the UK have are needed. Ukraine has good missiles, but we see that British Storm Shadow are strong, and we want to produce them or something similar.”
