The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced significant changes in the diplomatic corps and the management of institutions following the statement of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin regarding Ukraine. Zelensky stated this in his speech on June 21.
'Whether it's bravado or madness can be explained in any way. But when a murderer says he wants to kill, we perceive it accordingly. And we will respond together with our partners. I hope with all partners,' Zelensky emphasized.
Zelensky noted that the frank statements of Russian representatives regarding Ukraine require new decisions to be made. In this regard, it is planned to strengthen international sanctions, improve internal sanction policies, and make changes in personnel.
