The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, in Paris on October 10, 2024.

During the meeting, Zelensky presented the details of the Victory Plan and discussed with Macron its specific points.

"First of all, thank you to the French people, to France for supporting us from the very beginning of the full-scale war. Thank you, Emmanuel. You are a very strong friend of our people," Zelensky stated.

The leaders discussed the implementation of the Peace Formula and efforts to achieve a just peace. Special attention was given to joint weapons production in Ukraine and co-production. The Ukrainian side proposed expanding such cooperation.

Zelensky thanked Macron for military assistance, training of the Ukrainian brigade "Anne of Kyiv", the preparation of pilots and mechanics, and also highlighted the decision to supply Mirage 2000 fighters.
