According to Novyny.live: In a Telegram video address on January 26, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy outlined the state of Ukraine's energy sector and announced a new round of negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia, scheduled for February 1. The President stressed the critical need to repair energy facilities damaged by attacks from the Russian Federation. He noted that 174 repair crews are currently active in Kyiv, working to restore the damaged energy infrastructure.
Commitment to Cooperation
Zelenskyy emphasized the readiness of many cities and communities to assist in this effort.
"The government is ready to help. All the necessary instructions and resources are in place," stated Volodymyr Zelenskyy.The President also highlighted the importance of faster response times from the Air Force command chain, asserting that "the Air Force command link must be significantly quicker in providing defense."
Furthermore, Zelenskyy assured that 'Ukraine will be as prepared as possible on all matters to be discussed and agreed upon' during the upcoming trilateral meeting. This underscores Ukraine's readiness for constructive dialogue and its commitment to strengthening the country's energy security.
