According to UATV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has outlined the critical errors of the past, stressing they must not be repeated in the face of Russian aggression. He asserted that making concessions to an aggressor inevitably leads to destruction and loss of life. Zelenskyy traced the origins of these mistakes to 2014, when Russia's initial acts of aggression began.
