According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has indicated that a trilateral meeting involving Ukraine, the United States, and the Russian Federation could be convened within the next week to ten days. He made these comments during a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Kyiv.

According to information presented, Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence, noted that a new round of meetings between Ukraine and Russia is tentatively scheduled for February 26–27. President Zelenskyy expressed his hope that the negotiations would adopt a three-party format, stating:

“We will have a trilateral format. I think within this week, maybe ten days.” - Volodymyr Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy also underscored the vital importance of European backing in the negotiation process, declaring:
