President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held an energy meeting on October 6, where the real state of affairs in the regions, communities, and energy facilities was discussed. The head of state announced the main theses from his address.
According to inkorr.com: Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the situation in various cities was considered during the meeting, including Slavutych, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and others. Special attention was paid to the challenges facing Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Poltava regions, as well as Zaporizhzhia and other regions.
They discussed the deployment of additional capabilities of the air defense system, comprehensive protection, and preparation of electricity equipment for the winter period. The president also reported on the readiness of the Prime Ministers of the Netherlands and Norway to assist Ukraine with gas supply issues. He warned about the possibility of intervention by the central government in case of ineffective actions by local administrations.
