President Zelenskyy highlighted the severe situation in Kyiv, where over 1,200 buildings across various districts remain without heat.

"People in these buildings need more support," he emphasized.

"I consider the work of the Air Defense Forces in some regions of Ukraine unsatisfactory. We discussed with the Air Force Commander and the Minister of Defense which solutions must be immediately implemented to more effectively shoot down Shahed drones," he added.

The meeting also addressed a concerning increase in attacks on railways in January, underlining the need for enhanced defensive measures. Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal was present and contributed to discussions on resolving urgent heating and security problems in the hardest-hit regions, including:
